WHALE WATCHING & COASTAL CRUISES
ALL BOAT EXCURSIONS FROM THE PIER HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED.
All coastal tours have been suspended pending repair to the landing. We anticipate repairs will be completed over the Spring of 2017 with coastal tours & whale watching resuming later in 2017.
In the past, we have had the honor of taking guests out to view the annual migration of grey whales (January - late April) as they make their way from the Sea of Cortez to the Bering Sea. In the summer months, our tours stay closer to the shore to view the beautiful coast line and wildlife such as sea lions and dolphins.
SUSPENDED PENDING PIER REPAIR
Following repairs to the pier, we look forward to resuming fishing excursions in 2017.
Following damage caused by a series of large swells, our ocean landing dock is not in service. Comprehensive repairs to the pier are scheduled through Spring 2017 and we look forward to offering mooring balls & welcoming visiting vessels back to the pier as soon as they are complete.
In the meantime, for the safety of fishermen, scuba divers and surfers, we ask all vessels to maintain a safe distance from the pier.
